By having Vanburen Legal Consulting on retainer, our clients get the help they need without having to wait for an appointment or even find an attorney. Our clients have someone working with them who already knows them and understands their business.

Vanburen Legal Consulting is where top professionals turn when they need counsel in legal, business and personal matters. We provide one-on-one counseling, always assuring our clients are treated with dignity and respect. We understand that our clients come to us when they are dealing with important matters and we work hard to assure they get the results they deserve.

By utilizing a twenty-four hour a day web contact form our clients are assured they have a written response by the close of the next business day, as well as a follow-up phone call when appropriate. In the event that there is a serious issue requiring an immediate response, our clients simply utilize our firm’s on-call number, providing immediate access to their legal counsel.

Vanburen Legal Consulting provides consultation to our clients in areas including, but not limited to:

We also cover personal matters for our clients and members of their Business Management Teams (up to four individuals) other than those named above including, but not limited to:

Should a business or members of our clients’ Management Teams need Litigation Services, Vanburen Law Firm reduces the firm’s standard representation fee by 25%. Our consulting contract does not require the client to hire the Vanburen Law Firm for any matter; this is just one of the services provided when retaining Vanburen Legal Consulting.

Vanburen Legal Consulting will review any documents (contracts, etc.), as well as the first revision, that the client sends the Law Firm at a reduced fee of $25.00 per page with a minimum $50.00 fee.

As part of our focus on avoiding litigation, Vanburen Legal Consulting will also provide short correspondence services through Vanburen Law Firm at the rate of $50 per short correspondence letter with one free short correspondence each year.

We ask that our clients keep their contact information current with Vanburen Legal Consulting. We also ask that our clients provide information related to changes in contact information in a timely manner. For the purpose of receiving an expeditious response to our client’s question and both our client’s ability and our ability to maintain electronic copies of all correspondence, Vanburen Legal Consulting asks that our clients maintain a current email address.

Our client agreement does not cover the following:

Pre-existing legal matters
Domestic legal matters (divorce, custody, etc.)
IRS Audits
Estate planning
Bankruptcy
Internal Conflict Cases (conflicts that arise between two Vanburen Legal Consulting clients or two Vanburen Law Firm clients or a combination of the two)
Litigation services
Patent, Trademark, or Copyright Issues

Upon review of any litigation matter, Vanburen Law Firm has the right to decline representation of any client on any case at the firm’s sole discretion.

Vanburen Legal Consulting will make every effort to address our client concerns directly through our office and our research. However, some issues occasionally require us to refer the client to an outside source. The cost of outside services is not covered under our client agreement.
